  Principle of air compressor filter

  (1) the suction process: the motor drives the rotor, and the main and the rotor's groove space is turned to the intake end wall.

  When compressed, the space is large and the outside air is filled. When the inlet end of the rotor is turned away from the inlet of the shell, the air between the teeth trenches is closed between the main rotor and the rotor, and the suction process is completed.

  (2) compression process: at the end of suction, the closed volume of the main and slave rotor teeth and the shell decreases with the change of the rotor angle, and it moves according to the spiral shape. This is the "compression process".

  (3) the compressed gas and the injection process:

  During transportation, the volume is decreasing, the gas is continuously compressed, the pressure is raised, the temperature is increased. Meanwhile, because of the pressure difference, the spray lubrication is sprayed into the compression chamber, so as to achieve the role of compression and temperature reduction, sealing and lubrication.

  (4) exhaust process:

  When the rotor's closed tooth peak rotates to meet with the exhaust port of the casing, the compressed air starts to discharge, until the anastomosis surface of the tooth peak and the toothed groove moves to the exhaust end surface. At this time, the gear groove space is zero, that is, the exhaust process is completed. At the same time, another pair of teeth grooves of the main and slave rotors have been rotated to the intake end, forming the maximum space and starting the process of gettering, thus starting a new compression cycle.

  Working pressure of air compressor filter

  There are many forms of pressure units. Here we mainly introduce the pressure unit of the screw type air compressor filter.

  (1) working pressure, domestic users often call the exhaust pressure. The working pressure is the highest pressure of the air compressor.

  (2) the common work pressure units are: bar or Mpa, 1 bar = 0.1 Mpa;

  7. the compressor suction port is absolutely not allowed during the operation.

  8. the compressed air is not allowed to breathe unless it is indicated that it can be used for breathing.

  9. the compressor can not be operated under the conditions of excess pressure and temperature.

  10. once the compressor is found to work abnormally, the compressor should be stopped immediately and the abnormality should be eliminated in time.

  11. use the correct tools to maintain and repair the compressor.

  12. after the maintenance and opening, all safety devices have been reinstalled and the tools have been moved from the compressor.

  Maintenance

  1. check the oil level, exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure on a daily basis, and check if there is any abnormal sound.

  2. to open the separator discharge valve to discharge condensate before opening the machine every week, check the leakage of each place, check the safety valve and check the wear of the belt (visual test).

  3. check the intake control valve, the minimum pressure valve, the connection line terminal of the electronic control box, the safety valve and the cooling fan.

  4. clean and clean the cooler regularly, and test the reliability of the safety valve.

  5. regularly change the oil filter core, the oil separator filter core, the intake filter filter core and the lubricating oil.

  Common troubleshooting

  1. machine does not start: check the main switch and power line, check the motor;

  The machine does not load after 2. opening: adjust the pressure switch to adjust the value or change the pressure switch, check or replace the solenoid valve;

  3. compressor no unloading, safety valve release: adjust the pressure switch setting value or change the pressure switch, check or replace the solenoid valve;

  4. too much oil consumption: according to the recommended oil, reduce the oil level to the normal position, remove the oil
